Schedules and registration information are available on Wolverine Access under Student Business before each term begins.
Students who are located off-campus can take graduate engineering courses that are offered online as a distance learning option. Requirements for online registration include:
- Students must have a U-M identification number. Contact engin.pro.prgms@umich.edu if you don't have your U-M identification number.
- A high-speed connection to the internet outside of a corporate firewall is required for access to online course lectures.
- Standard admission requirements for Master of Engineering students apply to all students registering to take online courses.
More detailed information is available from the Office of the Registrar Frequently Asked Questions.
If you plan to obtain a degree, it is critical to follow a Plan of Study that has been approved by your advisor. This will ensure that you will meet the necessary core and concentration requirements.
Be sure to register before the first day of class or you will be charged a late registration fee. You can drop and add classes during the first three weeks of the term.
